Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Manager in 8 Weeks at managerin8weeks.com (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country.

Acceptable use

Please use the service for its intended purpose: your own management development. Do not misuse it, attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your content

The notes, homework and reflections you write remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you (and to anyone you deliberately choose to share a homework item with). We do not claim ownership of what you write.

Sharing

If you share a piece of homework, you are responsible for choosing who to share it with. Access is read-only, limited to that one item, and you can revoke it at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or occasionally take the service offline for maintenance.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
